Getting Started with the Screen Recorder Launcher API
Use the following information as a guide to integrate the features of the screen recorder and video editor software into your website.
Our Screen Recorder and Video Editor API allows you to integrate the features of the recorder software seamlessly into your website. Integrating our Screen Recorder API requires the following:
- Getting your software distribution.
- Obtaining partner information.
- Adding API information to your site (
- Providing a storage location for published screen recordings.Â
The raw video file of your capture is first stored on a local disk before publishing to an mp4 file.

Download and host the JavaScript library, encoders, and jar files. Contact your account manager at ScreenPal for the required files. If you have not contacted us before, submit at ticket for the Enterprise or Solution builder site license and then fill out the form.
To implement your integration, make sure to set the partner information in the JavaScript. Contact your account manager at ScreenPal to obtain your partner information. Specify the partner information when adding API code to your website.
